Please be informed that shipments will begin on July 30, 2025,
in the order that purchases were made.

 

If a delivery attempt fails due to customer error (e.g. no recipient at the address) and the package is returned, the customer will be responsible for additional re-shipping fees.

To request a product claim, a continuous (unedited) video must be recorded from the moment of unboxing upon receipt of the package.
The video must clearly show any damaged items—such as broken, torn, crumpled, or deformed parts—or any missing items as listed.
